The Awakening Leadership Series at Reunion was created to explore the intersection of leadership transformation and ayahuasca, or psilocybin, along with other plant medicines. The intention of this series is to empower leaders, entrepreneurs, and creators to live and lead from their most aligned and awakened selves.

Program Offering
The Awakening Leadership Series is comprised of three distinct programs that can be taken individually or consecutively to achieve what’s most meaningful to you. Collectively they represent a leader’s ‘hero journey,’ progressing from fear-driven grind and lack of self-worthiness to heart-centered service and aligned creation.
Elevate | Level 1
Elevate: Level 1 is the foundational program designed to provide immediate impact and transformation.
It is intended for those who are first-timers or early in their experience with plant medicine.
Elevate is an immersive experience rooted in healing and alignment work that addresses the question “there’s got to be more to life than what I was told.”

Mastery | Level 2
Mastery: Level 2 is designed to provide increased clarity, freedom, and self-mastery especially during big life transitions.
It is intended for those with previous plant medicine experience and/or self-development work, and ready to dive deeper into transformational work.
Mastery is designed for those who are ready to meet their edges and face their shadows, unlocking the extraordinary leader inside of themselves who will lead in thriving and challenging environments.

SERVICE
Service is our ‘solution summit’ for invited leaders who are committed to serving the greater good. Be ready to collaborate with other ‘dharmapreneurs’ and conscious investors climbing their second/third mountain of aligned purpose to solve some of our greatest planetary challenges, all with the guidance of sacred plant medicines.
It is intended for those who have previous plant medicine experience, unlocked financial abundance, created platforms of powerful impact, and are ready to ignite collaboration with other action-focused, no-nonsense leaders.
