As leaders, we encounter vast amounts of challenges everyday that add levels of complexity to our professional lives. Quite often, working harder and faster, reacting over responding, and avoiding through unhealthy coping mechanisms are the autopilot responses to dealing with so many triggers. At some point, these habits are not sustainable.

Enter Mastery, the second of three levels in the Awakening Leadership Series at Reunion. This is no ordinary medicine retreat program. Mastery has been intentionally designed to equip leaders with resilience, clarity, empathy, and collaboration by merging conscious leadership principles, mental training based on neuroscience, mindfulness practices, emotional intelligence frameworks, and spiritual guidance from plant medicine ceremonies.

If Level 1 is about sitting around the fire singing, then Level 2 is about sitting in the fire feeling. This immersive program is a deep dive into your own self-awareness for the purpose of self-mastery, one of the core tenets of unlocking your fullest personal and professional potential to be a more impactful leader.

Mastery is intended for those who have an established connection and relationship with plant medicines and/or have been actively committed to their inner self-development work. This comprehensive 10-week program will challenge you to step outside your comfort zone and face your fears, insecurities, triggers, wounds, and limiting beliefs head-on. Our trained facilitation team and your fellow cohort will support you throughout by holding a strong accountability mirror, ensuring significant, meaningful, and sustained growth.

Program Overview

Our one-week on-site journey is carefully planned to provide an expansive experience, offering both the power of plant medicine work and cutting-edge emotional intelligence and leadership content.

Prior to the retreat, you will engage in a 3-week virtual preparation guided by our facilitators to ensure you are primed and ready to dive deep into the experience. Following the retreat, you will be led through a 6-week virtual facilitator-guided integration program to support you in applying the practices and your newfound insights into your personal and professional life for lasting changes.

At the core of Mastery is the communion with plant medicines, specifically Ayahuasca, which is renowned for its profound transformative properties. Our medicine team and facilitators have extensive experience in guiding participants with this sacred plant. Through carefully curated ceremonies, you will embark on a journey of remembering your Truths with decisive clarity, gaining deep insights about your beliefs, sharpening your discerning of your values, and learning to take radical accountability. This experience with plant medicine will open doors to expanded consciousness, self-awareness, and personal mastery, nurturing your authenticity and unlocking your full potential in all aspects of life.

Complementing the plant medicine work, Mastery offers powerful embodiment and leadership content that draws from the expertise of professionals in the field and successful entrepreneurs. From powerful workshops and interactive sessions to group processing and one-on-one guidance, you will delve into various topics aimed to elevate your self-mastery, including conscious leadership commitments, emotional intelligence, team-ship skills, and psychology frameworks that support you in creating a positive impact for you and your organization. This rich blend of plant medicine, somatic exercises, and emotional intelligence work will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and practices necessary to become your greatest potential as a conscious leader.

You will experience moments of uncomfortable contraction that push you to your edge and activate your triggers so you learn how to self-create states of momentous expansion. You will be guided to excavate all the corners of yourself so you can understand who you truly are. You will emerge with a deepened sense of self-confidence, clarity in your values, and a heightened ability to navigate challenges and triggers with resilience and grace.

As you integrate these new learnings and practices into your life, you will witness a profound shift in your approach to Being: with versatile curiosity, radical accountability, and authentic self-understanding. Your enhanced emotional intelligence and expanded consciousness will enable you to inspire your organization and communities, foster richer relationships, and lead with greater clarity and integrity.

You will be invited to practice noble silence and a digital detox throughout our retreat week to eliminate any distractions and focus in the work. Though the intention of Mastery is focused on deep solo inner work, you will still be surrounded by a supportive community of like-hearted leaders and entrepreneurs who share your same passion for leadership mastery and spiritual growth.
