CULTIVATING PRIDE & AUTHENTICITY

Transformative Retreat Experiences for Our LGBTQIA2S+ Community

Reunion’s LGBTQIA2S+ retreats combine plant medicine ceremonies, community building, engaging workshops, and integration circles focused on promoting personal growth, self-acceptance, and a transformative return to our most authentic selves.

A large number of Reunion’s team identify as LGBTQIA2S+. We are committed to inclusivity, diversity, and understanding, providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for our community to grow and thrive.

We believe in the transformative power of these experiences and the positive ripple effect they can have for each of us and the world.

We have created this space with the firm belief that everyone deserves to grow, heal, and explore their identities freely and without judgment.

The Importance of Tailored LGBTQIA2S+ Programming

Reunion is a haven, a safe and brave space where individuals can safely explore, express, and reconcile their identities in a supportive, understanding environment.

We created this program with a vision of inclusivity and understanding, recognizing that a healing journey for our LGBTQIA2S+ community involves unique considerations that require tailored support.

We at Reunion believe it is crucial to offer a healing space specifically tailored to our LGBTQIA2S+ community, where we can explore the profound benefits of plant medicine and embark on personal journeys of self-love, acceptance, and authenticity.

Our desire is to foster a container that enables individuals to feel comfortable exploring their identities and experiences, thereby promoting deeper healing and personal growth.

We recognize that for transformation to occur, individuals must feel seen, heard, and understood.

Reunion’s LGBTQIA2S+ Program is more than just a retreat – it's a deeply needed response to the unique challenges and experiences faced by individuals within our LGBTQIA2S+ community. Many of us have navigated a world that lacks understanding and acceptance, which can lead to experiences of exclusion, shame, internal conflict, and a rampant addiction to various self-destructive behaviors and substances.

Participants can expect a transformative journey that invites deep personal exploration, healing, and growth. Guided by a team of experienced professionals from our GBTQ+ community, the retreat offers a variety of workshops and ceremonies designed to address specific themes relevant to our GBTQ+ community.

The retreat combines the plant medicine, Ayahuasca, with workshops, embodiment practices, and ceremonies that have been tailored to the unique needs and experiences of our GBTQ+ men’s community. Each participant can expect a nurturing and understanding environment that promotes open communication and self-exploration.

Furthermore, we believe in the importance of integration – the process of incorporating the insights and transformations experienced during the retreat into everyday life. As such, participants can expect to receive pre- and post-journey support to help them navigate this important aspect of their personal growth journey.

In addition to these, we will host embodiment workshops, breathwork, a cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, integration group circles, and plenty of time for on-site integration with nature, all guided by gay and queer leaders and experienced psychologists professionals committed to supporting you.
